I hope they make a much better lip treatment.
It's very rare for me to be dissatisfied with any product from this company. There have only been about three products I found useless in seven years and this is one of them. I wanted this one to work but after months of using it daily I had to admit it wasn't doing what it is supposed to do. For dry chapped lips or as a lipstick primer I've had better results from using Confidence In A Cream, Vitality Lip Flushes, and lip balms from other companies. This has no color or fragrance but that's not why I purchased it. No SPF either. It just doesn't make lips feel great nor does it feel like it absorbs much. The Vitality Lip Flush in the same color is better in my opinion.

Best of the Decade!
Probably my favorite makeup discovery in the past ten years! I wear Je Ne Sais Quoi Hydrating Lip Balm every day to keep my lips soft and smooth, plus since I have all the colors currently available, "it" always complements my clothing without looking like I tried too hard. ;) It's not sticky, not greasy and not easily "transferred" to fabrics or coffee cups! Yes, I'm an auto-ship customer AND a cheerleader for this product. In fact, a few of the "Your Perfect Pink" lipsticks even became "My Perfect Pink Stocking Stuffers" last Christmas--and now the recipients are big fans, too! Such a great find.

Je ne comprends pas.
I hoped this would be similar to (or better than) Fresh lip treatments or PMD's lip products all of which are priced similarly. After using this for two weeks, many times a day, and exfoliating my lips, I haven't found it to be as hydrating as those products that feel more like luxury lip treatments. This feels like a waxy balm. It does help protect lips from cold weather and it's a decent primer for dry long wear lipsticks. If this could be plumping and have at least SPF15 in the future, I'll buy it!! My lips are so pale yet "Your Perfect Pink" is colorless on me. I swipe some Vitality Lip Flush over it for natural color in Je Ne Sais Quoi, Love Story, Pretty Woman.

Someone who never wore lipstick!
I’m going to be brutally honest! I’m probably the first woman to admit, I literally h??? Lipstick, there’s transfer, you have to keep applying all day long, & the Taste! Wow! I’ve not used a lipstick that actually taste good that stays on without transferring, but it cosmetics has actually changed my mind Totally! I truly Love this lipstick, no transfer, no bad taste, and it’s really good for my lips & it feels so good on my lips, I’ve actually got like 5/6 lipsticks, I’ve never had that many, I know that’s not much but it is for me, someone that has never really used lipstick that much, not only does it feel great but it truly smoothes your lips & it’s really good for bedtime also.
I keep this on my lips 24/7, someone who never wore lipstick!

Lip Balm Treatment in "LOVE" is a core essential!
Je Ne Sais Quoi is FABULOUS in the color "LOVE" with my fair skin tone. It gives me a pretty fuchsia color that lasts for hours. I go to bed with it for the treatment which it provides and I wake up with the pretty color in tact. My husband loves when I awake with this color on my lips. My lips have many lines within my lips ever since peri-menopause dried my skin terribly. I keep one in every purse, bathroom and on my nightstand. I hope this item in the color LOVE is never discontinued. xoxoxoxox

The very best
The Je Ne Sais Quoi Hydrating Lip Balm Treatment in “Your Perfect Pink” is my “desert island” product which I never want to be without. It’s the very best treatment for dry lips that I’ve found and believe me when I say I’ve tried them all from drug store to prestige department store brands. I have suffered from very dry lips as long as I can remember but not anymore thanks to IT. I keep 1 in my purse, 1 by my computer, 1 by my bed, and 1 by my vanity, always with spares. Thank you IT Cosmetics for all your many quality products which I use and love and especially this lip treatment. Would love it if IT had a lip exfoliating sugar scrub and overnight lip mask coordinated with this lip treatment similar to what other brands are doing these days.

MY lips, but way better!
I’m on my second tube and I must say - from the lips of a lipstick junkie - this is one of those rare products that actually delivers.
The texture is smooth and lasts. It feels emollient and moisturizing. The self developing color is just right; not garishly pink or understated. I feel that my lips look and feel plumper, softer, fuller, and more vibrant. The vermillion border of my lips looks more defined, and it is not the least bit sticky. If I had to pick only one lip product, this would be it. I do wish it had a better tube - it seems to wind back into itself when I apply the product, which is frustrating. Overall, the best lip product I’ve tried. And I’ve tried so many.

Got this as a present!! NOT what it looks like.
So got the Love color as a surprise in one of my orders. I saw the color and thought, WOW that's bright. NOPE. It was a great color but not like a full on lipstick. The moisture feels great and has a lovely color that doesn't say hey look at my lips. It's really nice.
