Sadly, this did not pan out
I had high hopes for this product being in my early 40s with minimal puffiness and moderate black circles. The product had a noticeable change for puffiness (in a.m.) but not so much for black circles. After reading reviews and application directions, I tried under make up or over make up. The Bye Bye Under Eye Bags product was like glue under my eyes no matter how make up was applied. Sadly, this was returned and I'm still awaiting my credit from ItCosmetics. Note to customer service: please start including a return label print out option on your site like most other online retailers. Obtaining through other means was very cumbersome.

I was so hoping this product would work for me, but it did not. I have tried other types of products that will actually tighten the skin around my eyes but ends up being a white chalky film over makeup.
Your product did not make a difference in my eye bags at all. I followed your instructions about no facial movements, etc., but was very disappointed.
I signed up for automatic renewal and would like to make sure that is cancelled.

Worked well, but not over makeup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied a pea sized amount under the eye as specified and tried to only swipe back and forth 2 to 3 times like it said, but the product was still very thick under my eyes and not absorbed at all. On one eye I did a few more swipes and on the other eye I tried to pat it in a little. The first thing I noticed was that even though it said you could apply it over makeup, it pretty much took all of my concealer off. I waited 15 minutes as instructed and it did do a good job at reducing the bags under my eyes. It may work better to apply it under makeup. I have not tried it that way yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Bye Bye Under Eye Bags multiple times. it went on smoothly, as it dried and I smiled or moved any muscles in my face that effected my under eye area I experienced a lot of flaking as the day continued. I tried it over makeup, and and it still flakes under make up it clumped and flaked . The tightening and smoothing were both somewhat noticeable almost like a blurring effect which looked good until it flaked . I think this may be a product that each individual might find different applications to stop the flacking. But if it did not flake it would be a perfect eye treatment

Great For Under Eye Bags!

They provided me a free sample of their product in exchange for an honest review. I have tried other products that have made the same claims as the Bye Bye Under Eye Bags and one of those brands, I could actually feel working. While I could not actually feel this product working, I was happy to see that it did, indeed, depuff, tighten and blur my under eye bags. I applied it over my makeup as a convenient after thought. After trying this product, I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends.

kindly gave me this BYE BYE UNDER EYE BAGS for free so I could review it. They could not have read my mind ever better that I need this look at the before and after pic.s. I put the product on with no concealer, one drop for both eyes is plenty. On the directions you can put over concealer, but I did not the after shot shows after product on for 10 min. with no facial movements then one drop for both eyes concealer to soften the really dark spots. " it Cosmetics sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program."

Magic for the bags under eyes
I bought this product yesterday, WOW-
The sales associate was helping pick out a few of your products-I already use your concealer,powder foundation compact and CC foundation. I saw the tube and asked her about it-she raved about it and told me how to apply it. I laughed and said I didn’t think it would work on these old eyes( I am 86)- but I bought it anyway. Immediately tried it on one eye and I could see something was happening- I forced myself not to look again for 15 minutes and when I looked I was amazed at the difference between the 2 eyes. Yes, it really works.

Totally see a difference in my eyebags!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 15 Minutes, Bye Bye Under Eye Bags by It Cosmetics has helped me look more awake and reduced my eye bags! It is crazy how it works but it does! I put a picture of me in the morning, a picture of me with the product on and in 15 minutes - the end result. Huge difference for me!
You only need a teeny tiny pea size or less amount and put it on your bags only. I have mature skin so don't put it on finelines, they can be accentuated if you are more mature like I am. But if you just put it on the baggy eyes, you will be super happy. It feels tighter and I like the lift from it.
